The company Webwavers is responsible as a content provider according to §5 Abs.1 Media Services State Treaty and §5 of the Digital Services Act (DDG) for the "own content" which Webwavers makes available for use, according to general laws.

These own contents are to be distinguished from cross-references ("links") to contents provided by other providers. Through the cross-reference, Webwavers thus makes "third-party contents" available for use, which are marked in this way:
