About the project
Primegate Consulting is an executive search firm specializing in the discreet placement of leadership positions. Its proposition is clear: no volume, no public mandates, no noise—just access to the right people. Webwavers developed a brand identity that reflects exactly that: a visual language that doesn’t loudly assert authority, but conveys it quietly.

The symbol abstracts the letter “P” into a gate-like sign made of two geometric surfaces and the negative space between them. The passage in the center carries the actual meaning: what matters lies beyond the access point—and not everyone gets in. The vertical orientation and precise construction communicate institutional reliability, while the restrained opening stands for discretion rather than invitation.

The color palette of deep black, muted bronze, and warm gray was deliberately chosen in opposition to any recruitment-cliché aesthetic. No blue, no signaling, no loudness. Instead, a timeless composition that conveys control and curatorial judgment. The typeface used is Onest—structurally clear, scalable from Light to ExtraBold, and consistently confident in every context.
